Los Angeles Family Bath 9 photos

This bathroom was ripped out down to the studs and floor joists. The ceiling was raised up as high as possible, angling down just under the roof line, which made the space feel much larger. A rectangular skylight was installed directly over the tub, so sunlight floods into it in the early morning hours. Traditional subway tile, used as wainscoting, anchors the bath to the age of the house. Glass mosaic tile and four types of white marble update the look. High end finishes were used throughout.
